11" Antique quilt Christmas tree pillow farmhouse decor, rustic worn quilt tree holiday toss sofa cushion, festive accent Christmas decor

I came across a rare find. This worn 19th century quilt was made from just ONE quilt piece. There is no more of this special and rare quilt left - it was once filled with sheep’s wool. This antique 19th century antique quilt primitive Christmas tree medium sized pillow is designed and handcrafted by me and is finished with cute jute bows and a vintage button topped off with a brass bell. There is white quilting on the reverse and contrast taken from a second quilt which adds to the durability, design and cost of the cushion. The quilt which makes up the tree is especially unique as it has the original sheep’s wool batting peeking out. Imagine the labor once involved to clean and card the family sheep to insert into the quilt then sew these fabulous still vibrant colors.

Approximately 8 inches wide and 11 inches tall, they are also suitable as a large enough sofa pillow or toss cushion, farmhouse style or holiday accent decor.
