DetailsI found this lovely antique grain sack in Europe and I added a rare tattered antique quilt as a gingerbread applique for a charming 9 inch prim Christmas ditty bag organizer. I hand sewed vintage buttons and added a cute jute bow. I left the grainsack frayed for a prim look and kept the original tab. Please note: the reverse is also the European grain sack which adds to the design, charm and cost of the item.
Approximately 8 wide x 9 inches tall. It is charmingly small - perfect to hang as a peg rail or on the chimney to tuck a special gift in - or display all year. Lovely as a neutral primitive accent, farmhouse, pioneer woman or shabby cottage decors for Christmas with neutral gingerbread motif. As with any unique antique item, returns are not accepted and it displays one of a kind distressed, worn, tattered and mild tea staining which adds to its charm.
